Brothers other half is opening her own company, and needs a logo, here's what i have so far, can't be anything to over the top, something subtle, colour i'm not sure about yet.

The bottom part doesnt make much sense to me. I like the top part, but I think the face could be a bit more flattering. It also dominates a bit, maybe intergrate it with the 'B'? Thats constructive. It is professional looking though!
