Nothing fancy, but then I'm not into that poncey fashionable food with frilly bits and drizzled sauces
Ingredients -
500g LEAN Mince
Bisto
HP Sauce
Lea and Perrins
Mint Sauce
Onion granules
Rock salt
Ground black pepper
Fresh spearmint
Potatoes
Carrots
Brocolli
Cabbage
I fried the mince, drained the fat off, then in a jug made some gravy with the Bisto, HP, Lea and Perrins, Mint Sauce, Salt, Pepper and Onion powder, then poured that into the frying pan to simmer.
Cut some new potatoes in half, lobbed them in a saucepan with some fresh spearmint.
Then chopped the rest of the veg up and put it in the steamer
With the carrots, I cut 3 into strips, then grated the last one and added it to the mince and gravy.
Now I just need to warm the mince up, steam the veg, boil the potatoes and serve it with shitloads of mint sauce on the potatoes.
Nice and easy, took about 20 mins to do and it smells great
I did say it was boring though

Sounds like a lot of sauce Marc, but it's all put in the jug (500ml oe I think) with the gravy granules and then you just get thick, tasty gravy.
Kurt, no idea TBH
