Read two funnier things in the paper today...
Newcastle have asked about the availability of Ronaldinho
And Man City have a £200m transfer budget

they were put off by the £58m asking price apparently
Also said that Rafa has slapped a £20-25m price tag on Crouch's head as both City and Newcaslte are after. Please, oh please, will one of them pay that for him!

More chance of Cannavaro going back to Inter - and there's fuck all chance of that happening!
I like Newcastle, but linking thmeselves with the Cannavaro's and Ronadiniho's of this world just destroys whatever credability that they have accrued!

Aren't these Newcastle stories being reported in the NOTW? Credability out the window imo.

How does going for Cannavaro destroy their credibility
They have limitless potential as a football team, going for a 33 year old unwanted at Madrid is not so far fetched. He is still a quality player right enough, 1 of the best centre backs of his generation
