correct.
he was part of the exedous in 2005 when ipswich missed out on promotion. between him and the other 2 that left the club that year, kuqi and bent, they'd scored about 60 goals together.
he told me the only club he'd move to from ipswich would be sunderland...his home town, and supported them all his life...so when he had the offer he was always going to take it.
thats right, i knew tommy. we'd speak regularly when i worked at the club.

I bet you were that employee he'd see coming and quickly try to turn and walk away why you were shouting his name and running after him. And then when you were speaking he'd keep trying to mkae excuses but you were in such an excited state that you wouldnt let him get a word in edgeways and just went on and on and on and on and on and on.

he always came in the shop for a chat, and buy stuff for his friends and family.
felt sorry for the bloke when those kind of fans harrassed him, and asked him questions about his performance in the previous weeks.

How many times did he see you and run back out of the shop doors though - loads Im betting. Bet you were the target of a load of jokes in the dressing room - Miller's Stalker they called you.

Umm, so far 2 excellent signings and 1 ok signing IMO
Alexander, thank god we finally have a decent realible keeper. Price & Supple are good, but not great at controlling the defence which Alexander will sort.
Counago is a proven goalscorer at this level and with a new manager giving him confidence he will score goals.
Miller, only one I'm undecided on. Is he coming back here for the right reasons? From what I've heard from local people with connections with the club Miller wasn't actually Magiltons target, Magilton stated to the offical site he was signing a ball wining midfielder and was set to be signing this week, now Miller is never a ball winning midfielder at all, so Miller was signed as we missed out on the real target.
Time will tell.
