How can he agree terms with Madrid when Chelski and Madrid havnt even agreed a price...

Doesnt that have to come first? Before Chelski can give there go ahead for Real to speak to him? As they have come out and said they want him to stay...

If the Chelsea feel its only a matter of time before they agree a price they can let him talk to Madrid. Aslong as he has their permission.

We did the same thing with Babel, where he came and had a medical and agreed personal terms before we had fully agreed a deal with Ajax.
