Landed funny on the side of my foot last week in training and since then my foot hurt a bit. Then i played 2 hours of footy on wednesday thinking id just bruised it a bit but after that is was killing. Ive got a bandage on it now as it hurts so much. Think i might have done something bad to it, hoping it's just badly bruised tho.
No footy for me for a few weeks

I did the same last year. Took a kick to the foot, just thought it was badly bruised. Went training in the week collapsed, left it a couple more weeks, stayed the same. Turned out I had broken a bone in my foot and my big toe

i think i may have broken something. swelling hasnt gone down in over a week lol. if it doesnt go down tonight i may visit a + e for an xray

dave this really hurts tho, well it did weds night after football. walking up the stairs felt like a knife going into my foot. think im gonna be sidelined with ole for a few weeks
