As above, what are the best tyres to be used on slippy, wet roads?

Being as though T1-R's dont satisify my wet needs and it rains all year round here im in the need of some decent rubber to stop my car sliding everyday.

Any mature sugestions valued .

How are they going through large puddles? Found the proxies to be rather good through puddles compared to others just not very good on gernally wet roads

IMHO The uniroyals were great in the wet. Whether the road was greasy to full-on downpours, they handled it.

ive had toyo t1-s and they were good in the dry but slight bit of rain and you would slide around roundabouts, f1's are good in dry and wet, hope that helps

Yea I know someone in the trade but he cant get good years. I got my proxies off ebay through a local company, then take them to a dodgey tyre place to get them fitted

Uniroyal rainsports are good in the dry, and great in the wet.

Well depends if you do serious top end speeds. V is 148mph IIRC. that is usually enough for me.

I've had a few tyres in my time and Uniroyal Rainsports are by far the best, definately recommend them!
