Under a year ago i bought a vauxhall corsa, now i no it wernt the best car but i was happy with it, i started doing the odd bit to it before i could drive so i was happy when it came to being able to drive it, i passed in january and drove it but wasn't happy with it, i have done most of the work myself and pick things up as i go.
first ting i done was little mods such as i colour coded the bumpers and fitted sunstrip etc.
then i passed so i got some ace racing 16"s, i was happy with them but changed later on.
i got a powerflow exhaust aswell which im soon to change.
i then swapped my 16"s for some shaddow chrome 17"s, which many people said was a bad idea! At this point i also got some post 97 bumpers as imo looked much smarter.
along the way i stripped out the interior added some calibra seats and sparco harness's as i was concidering a red top conversion. Well that idea got scrapped with the arrival of a work van so the car was left alone whilst the van was used all the time (free diesel!)
9 months down the line i got offered the 16"s back fully refurbed in white for less then he payedso i snapped at the offer and thought to my self as i looked out the window over the sorry ass car 'ah f**k it, lets pay the old dog the due she deserves and have decided to turn it back into my full time project juggline my plumbing work with my car work! so WATCH THIS SPACE as i can see it coming together very quickly! My ideas are
90mm suspension
white 16's
smooth bumpers (swage lines)
colour coded
the little touch's i.e badgeless grill
a new exhaust system
MAYBE tints
and of corse any input would be greatly appricatated, Hoady
