Been sticking my car through a car wash rather than actually doing it myself, got a day off work tomorrow though with nothing planned so thinking of giving a decent clean, could somebody reccomend the best cleaning products to get??
Cheers.

Go buy a Meguiars clay bar kit and some decent polish & wax.
Wash car,
Clay bar,
Polish,
Wax (2 or 3 coats)
Should be gleaming and well protected.

Just another one, is it better to hand wash the car with a bucket and sponge or go to a car wash and get one of the better services??

Hand wash.
i personaly rinse whole car with a powerfull hose
shampoo whole car using one bucket of good shampoo
then use a second to do the wheels and in and around the arches and my skirts
Rinse off
Drive down the road to get of as many water marks as poss, then shamie.
Wax the whole car incl wheels, then using a cotton cloth take off.
then back to black me black bits!
