He seems a lot more relaxed this year in press interviews and stuff. Im not sure if he is finally happy speaking in english, or the power of the goatee, but he is coming across better.

Agree completely he looks much more chilled, he's obviously alot happier with his squad. And he's got a masterplan you can tell
