I've been offered a Mk4 GTi for cheap cheap so considering letting the Mk2 go to fund it..

Quick spec, any more info needed let me know. The car will be for sale unless the Mk4 is sold before I have the cash, if it does then I'll just be keeping the Mk2...

-1991 Big bumper GTi
-140k miles on the shell
-Tax and MOT till end of December
-2.0 16v
-Shrick cams
-Gas flowed head
-Stainless 4 branch
-Full stainless system
-Just been rebuilt 1500 miles ago, rings, pistons, shells, belts etc, etc...
-A LOT of new bits under the bonnet inc Coil, battery and a lot more
-Brand new 80mm venom suspension Kit
-Brand new VW G60 steelies and tyres
-Filler cap has been replaced so no rust issues
-Immaculate interior with rare VDO guages
-Alpine CD/MP3 head unit
-Nardi Steering wheel and boss
-New axle bushes
-New rear Calipers
-G60 front brakes
-All new brake lines
-Goodridge flexis

Bad bits:

-Small stonechip on the windscreen, wont effect MOT as its right at the top in the tinted area.

Price wise I'm putting it up for £2700 and I'm not dropping much off that.

Not even going to answer that question.. You dont buy a 180bhp cammed mk2 golf and worry about your MPG.. and it runs on optimax aswell...
