Was just reading about this in another thread and Zymol don't like being mentioned on certain forums and have threatened people with legal action after they've mentioned it or recommended it? What is it all about?

Its because they know there products are actually overhyped shite. So they dont want any advertising so that people wont buy there products and find out.

Apparently, you aren't allowed to mention them? They threatened to sue someone alledgedly as he was a detailer using their products.

They've got their heads planted in their arses and have decided that anyone who says the word Zymol without paying their £5k a year advertising fee is going to be taken to court.
That's why loads of people on the 'detailing' sites have stopped using them.

all i know, is the resident detailer on vagweb, who owns his own business, came on and updated his usual thread, but said he couldnt mention the name of his products due to legal reasons, noone seems to know why

That Marc bloke with the Zymol t-shirt reckons it's to do with people buying it, not using it properly and then saying "oh, you know that zymol stuff, that's overrated shit, I can't get good results with it", so they're sueing anyone who mentions them, apparently

They'd send Ian a letter asking him to stop allowing the use of the word, that's all.
