About to go and pay a parking fine from 11/05/2007 but still to this day i KNOW i wasnt parked there! 
I've asked for photographic evidence, and i could only request it in the first 3 weeks? Whats that all about??
Anyway, would just like to share my  ness.

why are you only paying it now  That seems abit lazy to me, if you were more proactive surely you could have resolved this and not had to pay?

Its £90.
I put a "protest" form in Hamish, and i got a letter yesterday saying im going to court, so i better pay within the next 7 days to avoid that

at what point did you put the "protest" form in. Surely they have to issue the photo whenever.
To prove it in court surely they would need the photo, but according to them that was only avaible to be requested in the first 3 weeks

Apparently so, which is why i've been protesting, I can honestly say i didnt park where they said, I know that because i was in an a level mock exam

anyone else using your car?
Should be quite easy to prove then that it wasnt you. Possibly get hold of the attendance register for school/college?

Do not pay. If it wasn't you then you have nothing to worry about in terms of going to court .etc
Scan in the ticket and all the t&cs on it and send me it Whittie.

if you know you werent parked there just say you'l goto court? if they have no evidence they will lose

do you get a timetable for youre mock exams, at my 6th form centre we had them just take that and say you couldnt because you was in an exam

for all you know they could be scamming by just sending out letters to random people knowing if they threaten court most people will pay.
is it a private company? dont let them get away with it.
i find it very odd they threaten court as soon as you protest it. i wouldve thought they would ask if you could prove you werent there first

I got one on my old car.
It was a mk2 seat ibiza but i took the badges off. The ticket said "SEAT FUSION", maybe because i had a fusion sticker in the back window. I never paid it

i had one for a car i sold last november. it was from the 1st feb this year, first i heard of it though was end of march when i got a threatening letter. i rang them up and explained,appealed, lost the appeal, appealed again with insurance evidence which was requested, lost again, rang them up and played hell with them over the phone, they appologised and said its on hold and you will hear the outcome in july. still not heard back from them. it was from manchester by the way
