I know im about to open a can of worms here, but to try to keep it in line so it wont spiral out of control please just state your reason why you have voted for your choice. I obviosuly has a PS3 but cant decisde what to pre-order from play.com.
I love fifa and have always been a fifa man, but the game play has always been alot easier than pro. Ive played pro on the xbox and have to say it looks more life like than fifa and a bit more realistic and harder to score. Is Pro the way forward or best to stick with Fifa?

well fifa 08 has been out for a while and pro evo 8 aint been released yet, so goin by that pro evo should make better use of the ps3
on sayin that im a 360 user myself so i wouldnt know  lol

I'm going to be getting Fifa for the 360, just based on the fact that I was disappointed with PES6 and preferred Fifa to it.
Can you download demo's on the PS3? That would be best to compare them

I'm going with Fifa 08!
Can't wait to play it online, be the best bit!
Choosing Fifa over PE because I've prefered fifa games in the passed, it comes out before PE and can't be arsed patching it to have the real club names etc etc.

From what i have read Fifa has been working hard on developing the game and some interesting new things on the game!!
I prefered Fifa 08 to pes so will stick with that again!!

ive just ordered pro ev 8 for my ps3. oct 17th or 19th it comes out cant remember.

Demo was released yesterday along with NBA 2008
Both seem pretty good, like the bit where you can play while the game is loading.

Having played the demos of both games last night and being a FIFA fanboy for as long as I've been playing football games I can honestly say go for PES 2008.
I didn't think PES was anything special but FIFA was just shocking.
