Had a search but to no avail.
What parts are needed to add this?
Can I get away with putting on a stalk with intermittent wipe or will I also need a relay?

I expect you'll need the wiper motor too mate.

relay and stalk, i did just the stalk and it worked
i also have about 4 spare these stalks lol
