He was selling a c16se engine on this forum a wile back I went and collected it.
And now when I have u2u'ed him his now saying the engine is infact a E16se so feel like he must have known this already.

What are the differences between the two and if its a e16se will this make it any harder to convert in my sri 1.4 which has the c14se because I believe the coil and dissy are different or something.
I was in the process of cam belt, head gasket and massive clean up but not too sure if its worth it now ?

difference is e16 uses an air flow meter, and the c16 uses a map sensor, probably need the loom. other than that should still be srtaight forward

There is a loom I got with it.
still sounds pretty much like the same engines only a slight difference.

E16SE is from a nova GTE

C16SE is from a nova GSI

what ever i sold it to you as, thats what it is, ive confused myself and couldnt remember which way round was which with the E and the c16
