rents are looking at getting this... had a look in Currys/Comet the other day and picture looked real nice. They didn't have a hd source 2 watch on it though

the standard pic is nice on it and its 100hz. HD pic is also good. Its not 1080p but i'm not too bothered about that and it has good connectivity i.e 3 hdmi's, usb etc.

was just wondering if anyones got one or experience with one?

its good, for a sony. but personally i wouldnt get a sony over 32".

my mate was looking at either the 32" or 40" of the D3000s... and opted for the 32" in the end

rooms too big for a 32" it would tiny. i'm a good distance from the set

I got a KDL40D3000 yesterday, its a nice set. IIRC It does 1080p

It supports a 1080p signal, the resolution isn't high enough to display 1080p though.

I'm waiting for a KDL46W2000 if anywhere ever gets any stock.

According to the site its 1366x768, you have to look for that though, a bit deceiving.

yeah john your right. full HD would be 1920x 1080
