i am of the opinion he is nowhere near good enough, his runs are selfish and his crosses are awful.

90% of the time he is crap but then out of no where hes comes up with some magic, if it was up to me id have him in the squad but beckham would be my starting right midfielder

He is good enough to be a squad player (afterall looking at some of the shite in there he is just about good enough) but certainly shouldnt start or be a regular replacement.

he would always be on the bench or atleast in the squad, hes a good player, but his passing and thro balls really are quite poor at times.

wouldnt have walcott yet. i dont like pennant. beckham is the only player realy i would consider putting in as i havnt seen much of anyone else tbh

Have him in the squad but I'd always pick Beckham. Good player though.

I might be abit bias.... but I would love to see Ashley Young get a game sometime!

He has been awsome for the villa and is high with confidence. He has played down the left and looks extremely conformable down there.... so he can play down both wings!

Ive seen yourng have good and bad games, but against teams like Estonia or the friendlies the other month he could easily of been tried out with a decent run out.
