right my bird has a belkin wirless router, and she is with supanet, she cant connect to supanet with it, ive looked around the internet and she has phoned a couple of places, any1 got an idea of what could be wrong?
all the lights on the router light up but it dont connect

Has she changed the username and password to the ones for supanet?

you will need to register the MAC number of the router with your ISP

 when was the last time anybody had to do that apart from with ntl cable?
