Just do it by eye/rough measuring

If you're having to ask, get someone else to do it.

1 degree out wouldn't look wrong by eye but it would destroy your tyres in next to no time, so doing it yourself is a silly idea anyway.

If you mean like that looking from the front of the car, then thats camber not tracking.

Looking above the tyre is tracking.

You have to undo the locknut, and wind out/in the track balljoint.

Im changing my track rod ends soon.

Nearest garage with tracking is about 30 miles away.

Mark them up with tip-ex prior to removal and count how many turns it needs to wind off. Do the reversal on re-fitting!

im taking the day off tomorrow to get it done. have to go to GT Tyres in Forres though kwik fit cant do it!
