Default settings are wrong when I press

shift+2 = @
shift +' = "

Theyre are the wrong way round anyone know how to change them?

also back slash is where hash should be

its set on american keyboard, afaik you cant change it in XP without a format lol, stupid idea but there u go

Should be a little EN tab at the bottom of the screen near the time and date, click it and change from EN- US to EN- UK

control panet -> region and language settings and then change everything to english.

Start, settings, control panel, regional and language options, languages, details, change keyboard layout to UK.

A format to change from US to UK english

(why is there no 'embarassed' icon) thats the only way i could figure out to do it lol, after my dad fucked up a format, i told him to leave the computer alone, silly old man

That's the stupidest thing i've ever heard. Computer illiterate people should really try pressing F1 once in a while.
