well. . .i currently own a corsa B 1.4 16v 2000 with 49k on the clock
and in feb time i could get a corsa C 1.2 SXI 2003 with 20k on the clock
the C would be costing about 3500
and my corsa hopefully get 2000 at a push.
and im in two minds as to what to do?!?
any ideas good and bad points

Good points. Corsa C is more modern, kind of more comfortable. Bad points. The Corsa B will probably be quicker.
I also doubt you'll get £2k for your Corsa B. imho you'd be wasting money.

no deano the B wil b quicker 
get the C, far nicer to drive evan if it is slower

depends what you want from your car!
C - newer, quieter, reliable, less miles etc
B - older etc etc
insurance about the same (well mine was)
also the SXI c's have few extras on them ibelieve, slightly nicer!

How are the C's slower?
My C 1.4 goes same (felt a little bitmore quicker) than my 1.4 sport B

go for a diesel corsa C SRI thats what i would want
the mrs corsa C 1.4 sri is pretty nippy great on the back roads

Aye - perhaps it's because I said Bad points. The bad points was for the C.
Stuey, you'd be wasting your money, because you're not effectively upgrading to anything.
ajscorsa speaks some truth. Wait till you can afford the equivalent C or better you will miss the power, without a doubt.
