I had a cooler fitted yesterday and we loosened the bonnet release cable, I forgot to remount it under the bonnet before closing now im stuck with a close bonnet 
any suggestions...
on my cupra BTW

Jack the front end up and see if you can get your hand upto the cable/latch, if you can just try and feel about and try and sus it out. If you can't get at it that way, I'd guess you're gonna have to butcher your grill out

Take it to a garage and get it on the ramp.
You can do it on most cars if there is room.
