My dad just rang me and has said my sister wants a new phone for christmas and he asked if i recommended any, i haven't kept up with what phones are around nowadays, i still use an 850i i think it is!
Shes on pay as you go and i expect his budget is £150 odd.
Anyone got any recommendations or ideas?

She'll want to be able to play mp3s (mainly for ringtones/text tones), take/recieve pictures thats all i can think of really.
Shes 19 so i suppose needs something to keep her "looking cool" 
My dad will probablly double the budget though if she really wants that certain phone
