which part of the headlight actually determines which way the light beam from the headlight goes? on the crystal clear lights is it the rear reflector or the shield over the bulb??

It's the refelector at the back of it.

no..

as schteve says its the reflector at the back (or sometimes the glass)
it has to kick off to the left for uk spec.

cheers boys. im borrowing a set of headlights off will94 for my missus car while i fix the morrettes. there arteb christal clears and apparently rhd?? but they dont have the sheild where the bulb would go
