couldn't recommend them enough!! i kno i only drive a 12v but the difference ona spirited drive is great fun and really does put a on my face!!

the kit:

old Vs new

and some photos taken today of her with the springs...not a great day for photos but i made the most of it!!

How are the AVO springs? Im getting tired of the FKs now and thinking -40mm is the way forward.

Jake - AVO springs are great, cant recommend enough! vast improvement in the boat like handling to something that actually feels like its can go round corners.
the ride isnt hard/stiff.....but what i like to call "firm" - ie feel the big bumps but not uncomfortable

welshdude - i plan to get some skirts on in the new year!!

(apologuies for diggin this up, pc trouble can you help?

IN MY OPINION before i get called a wanker

it does look like it needs lowering, there is still a fair size arch gap

It's all about a compromise between ride comfort and performance though, and not just looks

I aggre with mather there is still quite a big gap there, could go a wee bit lower still, and lets be honest its only a 12v sothe performance side of things aint gonna be to big an issue
