Mascherano makes it onto that squad (he is better than Carrick BTW!) yet couldnt make it into your actual team

Pearce plays for fulham, Anton wouldn't fit in with it being an EX west ham 11

hindsight says we should have played masch, there is a few reason though

first game he played was agaist palermo, where the style of play suited him, and he looked quality

as the struggling went on, and we got worse, the types of games where we needed to get a result, like watford away, werent happning

New player + Not use to prem + struggling team = get much less gifted player but better suited to the situation getting picked ahead of him

thats what happend really

+ wanker manager who doesnt recognise quality is the main reason.

The guy is perfectly suited to playing in those battling games at the bottom of the Prem, is likle a pitbull the way he chases down and breaks up play.

Rumour is we have just agreed a £17m deal to sign him this weekend, totally free of MSI. This comes 1yr after we got him from you lot where he wasnt playing...amazing!! He has had about 1 or 2 bad games in that time too, but other than that has easily been in our top 3 players and IMO is first choice in that central midfield role even above Gerrard.

for you yes, where there is quality even when your playing badly

for us there was knowone in the first half of the year that was quality, hence the situation we got in

no, I know the team around makes a huge difference, and at that time you lot were just playing well below what you should be.

But Masch is the sort of player who is the first step in the good play. He breaks attacks up easily, battles hard and wins those tackles, then passes it out. See how he has been since day 1 in our team just makes me think how well he could of played in your team and how much he could of helped you - if your manager(s) could just see it.

If you talk to most West Ham fans (not JR I know he's not biased much) they think they have a devine right to be one of the top thought ot teams just because Bobby Moore played for them, but I think you could do with a manager who has football knowledge, it's not a good sign when you hire someone who is more suited to coaching an under 7's girls team.
