You at the game on Sat mate?

I'll be there, 1st time i've been in ages to Luton so not really expecting tooooo much as it's always a tough place to play!

Taking my nephew to his 1st away game and warned him that it's a dodgy ground Altho his next away game the saturday after (Oxford in FA Cup) is another 3 sided stadium!

So what do you reckon on this one?

Although we are playing well, we don't have a goalscorer without Leon Clarke (suspended) who is our top scorer! Also see Morgan can't play against you, he looked good on Saturday for us, what do you think of him?

Whats the atmosphere like there now mate? Look out for our new group called "the blue voice" its basically like ultras abroad but "without" the aggro, just noise, colour and support (balloons, flags etc) although it's at an early stage at the moment.

Fuck no, until our owners leave. I'm not going to give them my money as it vanishes without trace.

It'll be a dull atmosphere, I reckon only about 6k will attend. Although you can always rely on the noisey corner for a song or two.

I'll go for a score draw, we're good at home.

Ouch, is it really that bad?

Our ticket prices didn't seem to bad to be fair. Managed to get Family tickets so worked out cheaper as my nephew is 14

I know its a crap view though so nothing special. What do you think of Morgan then?

Yeah its that bad.

As soon as we get new honest owners it'll sell out. Alot of people are boycotting.

Morgan has flashes of excellance, but the rest of the time he is lazy and arrogant. He thinks he's better than what he actually is. Depends what Dean Morgan turns up from day to day.

Ah gotcha, shame really as im looking forward to the game.

Hmmm maybe he was working his socks off then because it was his debut and he will get bored and give up.

Hope not though.

He will look useless at times, like he isn't bothered. He did the same at Reading. He has got goals in him though. I'd like to have kept him to use in the last 15mins of the game.

I agree, we have one of the worst and most crap atmosphere stadiums left I think!

We are trying bigtime though, roll on the new stadium hopefully!

Having said that Roots Hall gave me a big laugh once - some thicko ignored the 'non drying paint' signs on the fencing and got it allover his brand new YELLOW Burnley shirt. Unfortunatly the paint was Blue and not Yellow

FLOLz

Like the Ultras?
Do you even know what the Ultras are like?
it's more than just balloons and a few flags!!

Sorry but you cannot compare a few dedicated supporters to the Ultras of the big Italian teams!

We have had some good memories at Roots Hall but it certainly is time to move on now, especially after we was kicked out of our home (the north bank)

Yes I do, infact I know and have experienced quite alot.

However.... As I said we aren't being anything like the ultras abroad (aggressive/trouble) we are looking to get a large group of fans of all ages and sex supporting the team we like and showing to the players that we support them 110% for 90mins each game.

It's started well, we have some decent flags, the singing has been better, the colour and atmosphere has improved (although we really need our new stadium now) and everything is moving in the right direction.

There has been a meeting with the club tonight who have agreed some good things for the future of our support.

The word "ultra" was kept out of the title due to what it represents. Alot of other clubs in the lower leagues have kept it (see below) however we wanted to stay away from thing.

Im currently in the process of doing a forum which should be good

Here are a few clubs that are also underway.
