put them to 2.2 bar
this will stop wheel wabble on motorway and will help with fuel economy.

i got GSI blades on my b with 50/15 tyres and it shakkes so bad if im below 2.2 bar

i would use 32psi at the front and 30psi at the back

it should say on the tyres too mine say 44 psi but thats too high for my liking i put 38psi in

It wont tell you on the tyres as each car the tyre is fitted on will be a different pressure not the same 
As for 44 psi what size off tyres do you have? i seriously hope it aint 15s

yea 15's it does say somewhere on there because my mate went how much psi should i put in because it says max 44psi and i just told him 34-38 max

44psi would be the max before the tyres blow...
it's not the recomended psi...
i put about 33 in mine, on 195/45's

i run 28 front and 26 rear as it seems to handle better than when i ran 32f 30r

your tyres will wear out faster and you will use more fuel, but you will have more grip, depends what you want i suppose.
