Bought a new camera few weeks back..It's a Fuji A820 9m pixels etc etc
Now i like the camera and does me fine, nothing to flash, nice size screen and good quality pics and videos with sound etc...
BUT
the amount of duracell batteries this thing goes through is shocking, so I bought proper kodak Digital cam batteries and they are not much better...
Are rechargeable batteries any good for digital cameras..?

yea rechargeables should be fine, as Ian says get some high MaH ones and should last a ltitle while. Not speaking from experience mind, I only buy a digitial camera that has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery (like a phone)
