Just the rental charge. Doesn't include electricity, gas, council tax etc. If it's in a block of flats it may include water rates (these aren't much anyway).

Yeah water springs to mind.
Presumably you dont pay buildings insurance? And dont need life ins if your renting?

Looks nice but £750
You could get a mortgage for that much. Renting is just throwing money away really and paying someone elses mortgage.
Seriously I have never know anyone who enjoys renting, if you can afford not to I would buy.

I can afford to buy but I choose not to in the short term as I have yet to decide what to do with my life and I don't want tying into a mortgage at this stage
But thank you for the advice

Cool, no worries then if its only short term.
Either way the flat looks very nice
Good luck with whatever you decide

Looks cool. Is it an old building? Looks like it could've been a prison block or something.

Nice, there's a lot of new apartments being built around here, nearly all are on shared ownership schemes. Seems thats the only way alot of people can afford to buy.

Work in Bedford, so anywhere South/South West of there would be great. I like MK generally, bet theres some dodgy areas like anywhere, but mostly modern and decent roads.
Actually, some of those part ownership bits look quite affordable.......whether I'd be considered 'needy' though

If you find anywhere in MK let us know and I'll let you know what the area is like. Lived here 21 years now.

My sister is moving out next year, my Mum doesn't want her to go!
I'll move out in a year or two for sure. Shared ownership too no doubt.
