Please can you see if you can log into your accounts.
One of the sites I support has gone down due to database login issues and I tried to login to the FastHosts control panel and got incorrect login details.
Tried my personal account with them and got the same thing.
Got a mate to try and got the same thing.
Can't phone them because you have to login to get the fucking support phone number!!!
FAIL.

just call their order line and get put through or get the support number!

Got the support number.
The fact that the number is constantly engaged at 10:40pm suggests to me that i'm not the only one having issues

They have it on the support bit which i've managed to get into now.
No mention of said issue though.
Logged onto the site and to my horror saw a lovely error page saying Login failed for "Database admin username here" 
Bet the hackers were having a field day.
Thrown up a nice custom error page now though

It's always engaged James, there's only one bloke in their support office.
