Non of the mods on my cars have been declared as of yet. But if I had the money for the extra insurance I would declare them.

Well as a brought a new exhaust and de-cat when my cat broke so I just had to pay my mum back, and the mods on my old one was done by my mate when he owned it.

Thats not the point. If you hit someone else you may not be covered. Don't think the other person would be very happy if that was the case....

oh dear oh dear. if you cant insure it, dont do the mods. its pretty simple really.

Presumably, then, if you have an accident and your insurance is declared invalid, you don't have the money to get yourself out of that one?
I really don't know why people bother to pay for invalid insurance.

I'm betting most people on here don't have every mod declared. How many of you have told insurers about changing side repeaters/clusters, debadging, ICE etc

My insurance is due end of next month so that's when i'll decide to declare it, as I think you should just declare them when it comes to renewal, and as i'll be paying monthly this time it's easier for me.
