Rite, im about to write into T-Mobile and cancel my contract. In the last 6months ive had my k800i handset replaced (1st week of contract), sim card replaced once (last week) and the replacement handset sent for repair 3 times! Each time it has come back with the same fault!
On screen it appears fine, 5bar signal, T-Mobile on screen but.........All texts fail to send, i cant dial out either.
If someone tries to ring me they get "it is not possible to connect" or if they text me it fails. It will work intermittently so i often get texts sent at 3pm in the early houses of the next morning!
Im going to go with a new service provider so who are you with and what horror stories have you had so i know who to avoid.
Im thinking of getting the Nokia N95 (8GB) on Vodafone 400/Unlimited for £40 a month.
Cheers

Voda seems the best signal wise.

t-mobile, as thats who i'm with.
never had any problems and if there is something wrong with just your phone then obiously it's not the service provider, but the manufacturer of the phone...
i have the n95, with a 2gb micro sd card, does me fine, got about 200 songs and 120 photo's on it at the moment, still have 1.1 gb left.

Had my Business account with O2 for about 4-5 years now and really couldn't fault them at all. Good prices and my own account manager who I can speak to directly is a really bonus

Vodafone have the best network infrastructure, there is no doubt about that
O2 have the best customer service and regularly win all those sorts of awards but ours is getting a lot better
Orange I always liked but they take forever to range new handsets
PS If anyone is thinking of joining Vodafone please u2u me first and I will sort some nice introductory discounts

You can get similar deals/tarriffs on both all networks now. My choice would solely be down to the coverage the network can offer in my area.
