Hi what suspension is best for a corsa 2.0 but i want to retain a 40mm drop? any idea's coil overs some say it a hard ride, would gsi shocks fit and take the weight and retain a 40mm drop. Any help would be greatful

Get some GAZ coilovers with the correct rated springs for the heavy 2.0 engine.

300lb is too much for a corsa XE. we did lots of development and testing for our Gaz coilovers for the XE corsas inc corner weighting etc... 275-285 is fine for a road car.

what are standed springs and standed coilover springs rated at poundage wise? still interested in the heavier ones dave, will get hold of you when i need them...
