pinched this pic from a tutorial "Superlite Ltd." has done- hopeyou dont mind mate



my question is, what is the blue pipe ^ for coming off the inlet manifold?!is it important and even if its not, surely mine shouldnt be flat as can be see in this pic of mine:

Just looks like a breather pipe if its going to the rocker cover mate

yours is the way they come standard mate, looks to me as theyve just changed it to a coloured one

yours shudnt be flat.

Most likely been squashed or something when working on the engine or it has been trapped when the engine cover was put on?

cant have been trapped as ther is not enough give on it to get trapped anywhere - if that makes sense - will it cause any problems with running - or could it?! it shouldnt should it?!

Hello

Mine, like yours, was starting to fold in on itself. They do this as oil slowly brakes down the rubber from the inside out. I changed it for a bit of blue pipe

Its for the rocker cover ventilation and should not be blocked up really
