Vsport does a C20XE manifold suited to the Corsa.

yes, but vsport are custom exhaust, not really off the shelf item's that you can buy in most car places etc

Here's how I've done my XE exhaust.






The small bit of tube fits perfectly over the origional corsa exhaust. The bigger tube fits perfectly over the XE exhaust, as you can see in the pics, the smaller tube fits perfectly inside the bigger one and hey presto, 1 perfectly gas tight exhaust

Yeah that reduces from the original size. Not too good imo.

arent bfo exhausts 2 1/4 inch????? dnt know how you could bodge it 2 manifold tho but more pipe and a welder i suppose lol

it is well easy to join 2ltr manifold to a flange of a corsa manifold just cut flange from downpipe of a corsa exhaust and weld it to the 2ltr manifold and you end up with the 2 mated parts that would be on a corsa origionally

Hardly reducing it really, just joining the 20XE manifold to the origional corsa system
