on a bit of a rampage really. not happy 1 bit

basically i ordered a internet package probably 1 an a half years ago. ordered 8 meg package for 14.99 for the first 6 months then 17.99 there after. found out 15 mins ago ( cause i had a problem with the connection) i only been recieving 2 meg scandless. so i been paying 17.99 for about 18 months for 2 meg, when i can get 2 meg for 8.99? so i kicked off with the indian women on the other end of the phone ( couldnt tell a word she was saying which made it worse) ask to speak to the manerger which i did, couldnt understand her either so asked to speak to someone english an hey presto, i thought im getting somewhere. told him my situation, put me on hold for 10mins, but i ended up with:

8 meg broadband
free live box (somekind of modem)
free evenings an weekend calls

and all for: free for the first six months then 9.99 a month there after oh and a apoligy

dont know but i spoke to 2 indian women first then put on hold an then i was passed over 2 a english guy.
