Not sure if I've seen a Nova with one, in which case yes. I could be wrong though.

I have one in the garage, no airbag for it, and no corsa B to try it on any more, but I was planning to fit it, and was undr the impression it just bolted on

The splines do fit, think you'll have to mess around with teh steering column cover or maybe the back of the vx220 steering wheel hub.
I don't think you can use the airbag though as it's a different resistance from the Corsa ones.
