whats the best cam to put in my 1.4 8v spi engine. I know most wont think its worth it but I was just wondering what would be the best? Just for that little more grunt.

Your limited to just a "fast road" item, suitable for an injection engine.

Gains are hardly anything

And a "better" cam will make it run rough.
