My mate wants to take her restrictors out of her 2000 1.4 16 valve Tigra.

Anybody know how to do it?

airbox restrictors?
hammer the funnel bit out the lid and rip out the curly plastic bit out the bottom

inlet manifold is the biggest restriction!

air box wont do nothing for power on that engine!
you'll need to spend about £300 to get noticeable gains... search lexmaul
