You've not been able to have front windows tinted since last year, Its a DVLA thing so its not just scotland.

If your not ripping the piss too much you shouldnt get pulled. Iv had dark smoked front windows for almost a year and never had problems.

I have tints on mine looks like limo tint on the back, medium smoke on the fronts.

They were on when I bought the car and a) can't be arsed to remove them but will if I get stopped and b) aint lost anything if I do have to remove them.

Not worth having them fitted just to have the old bill to tell you to remove them.

You shouldnt get hasstled with light tints on the front, But remember if you have dark tints on the back the fronts will look darker, Likewise if you have an all black interior.

Certain period for rectification. No points.

Or in some cases when the officer has had a bad day. On the spot removal

Front windows : No tint allowed.

B pillar back: Dark as you like.

Depending on how dark your fronts are , You can get points. Points are only given when therer silly dark like limo tints.

get 30% in the front and you'll be safe.

don't look very tinted at all though, maybe better to save your money.

Was fine with those for a year.

But it was just a matter of time before i was forced to remove them.

Vehicle had a prohibition notice put against it so it couldnt be driven and i had to get written letter saying the tint had been removed then go to police station and get the prohibition removed.

Got an on the spot fine aswell.
