Crap, other than 70MM's car.
How do they manage to be the worst car magazine so consistantly? All the other mags (for other makes) manage to get 4 or 5 decent feature cars every month, if not more, plus decent show features, TV gets one good car, if you're lucky

Because they won't feature a car that already been in a magazine.
They won't do mine because its been in Fast Car. But i fail to see how its a competition between those two mags as on is dedicated to one brand and the other is general modified cars.

Not keen on the Nova XE then Robin?
Or the black Astra VXR (OK the wheels are SHIT)
Or the big piece about Bill Blydenstein?
Granted it's not the best issue ever but it's not the worst.

Thanks for the warning in advance, the last few issues haven't been that great.
I think the last issue I generally enjoyed was the one with the white corsa gsi xe on the cover, that was a good issue with some good cars and write up's.
Ive started buying Golf+ and VW magazines

Not really Jules, the Nova doesn't do anything for me, the Ashtray has shit wheels and the owner has put an FQ300 badge on the back, which is not cool, and the Blydenstein feature is ok, but not as good as it could have been, if that'd been a Ford mag and it was a Ford tuner, the feature would have been twice as long, and twice as in depth.

They haven't charged me for it since I cancelled the direct debit and told them to stop sending me it.

Exactly, although their rival still makes the better mags, all the Future ones are less good than the Unity ones.

yeah but he has a point - they'd have so many better vauxhalls every month if they weren't exclusive, and anyways, theres loads of decent vauxhall owners on here, send that form in and get featured!!

I remember emailing someone from TV about getting Gary Hopes old Rio Verde green XE a feature (Now owned by Rick Marland) as it's had a few changes and is one of the best XE's around.
I was told that as it'd been featured in Max Power then they won't feature it - it was featured in Max Power in 1993 I think - seriously!

they try to vary the cars each month tho. a corsa, an astra, vectra etc, if it was an xe corsa each month it'd be even worse. they also have to vary the colours (so i was told).
but lets be honest, how many nice vauxhalls which are worthy of a feature are there in the uk? especially if they wont feature stuff already done. they'll be struggling to find stuff that appeals to everyones tastes, and lets be honest, as much as a tidy cavvy etc is, its bland for a magazine trying to sell issues.
or i may have just wasted 5mins of my time typing that
