Kicks off on Sunday:
http://www.ghanacan2008.com
Is anyone going to be following it etc? I'm going to be rooting for the Ivory Coast (mainly because of Drogba) and they're first match is Monday against Nigeria Not sure what any odds are yet on the teams, so may put a bet on if the wind blows me into the betting shop tomorrow

Will probably watch a few games if there's nothing else on. Think I'll be rooting for Nigeria

FIFA have said that by 2016 () the ACN must be moved ot June/July like all other int'l tournaments!

not sure if i agree with that or not. its a cunt when you lose key players to that tournament but it makes clubs look elsewhere in the january transfer window.

Kind of makes sences really cos June/July is the winter season in africa so the temperatures are cooler anyway and I think it must be nicer to play in an average temperature of 22c than nearer 36c as it is atm (in Ghana anyway)

Still in talks.
They want a loan deal until the summer, but we want the cash, so with the other 3 clubs in for him its taking a bit of time.
