My father has a 1993 Corsa 1200cc and having problems with a flat battery. What type of battery is best? Is it worth having a Heavy Duty?

i had the same problem.
i think the standard petrol battery is 250amp.
i fitted a corsa diesel one and it is rated 650amp.
it's larger in physical size but fit's perfectly in the tray.
it has showed no sign of running low on charge, ever-
the engine cranks slightly faster when starting too.
