Tonight I spun my car at 70mph, on a back road. With 2 of my mates in the car, we completed 2 360s, and sideways action, over a good 150 yards of road. Managed not to touch any kerbs, and ended up facing in the right direction, perfectly positioned next to the kerb...was like being on the tea cups, scared the shit out of me

Hit a lorry with 110mph reading on the speedo
Lived to tell the tale, and so did the car

Spinning is scary lol. I did it once in mine. Lost it, slid past a driveway a wall and another driveway. Hit a kerb, spun some more and ended up an inch from a wall facing the wrong way. I bricked it

It's just a B road, leading onto quite a big straight, but I took the corner far too quickly...luckily the road was quiet

I've had some old granny pull out on me and been locked up with smoke coming from the tyres whilst sliding between the granny and on coming traffic. That was scary.
Most irritating thing is the granny didn't even realise and just drove off like normal FFS

I almosed died yesterday; i lost the back end of my std. Corsa sport on the horseshoe pass nr wrexham and this is how it went; Was going round a bend doing 45mph in a 60 and spun 4 times, went for the opposite 10ft bank and hit it going backwards. The car launched off that, landed on two wheels and stopped, balancing on a 3ft kerb. Which was less than 10 yds from a 1200 ft drop. I had someone watching over me imo. Damage was a split alloy, tracking out and a bit of mud on the car. I'm still shaken

When I first bought my current Corsa I drove it once when it hadn't been lowered and had steelies on it... I span it three times that night due to not being used to the handling and general stupidity. Result of this was lowering it the next day... haven't spun it since!

Spun my Corsa within a month of getting it, needed a new wheel bearing, and my alloy took a fair whack, then about a month later I misjudged a bend, only doing about 25, locked all 4 wheels and ended up bumping the front wheels up a kerb and taking on of my sidewalls out.
Tbh if I hadn't lowered it I think the standard suspension would've killed me by now

whats all this crap about standard suspension making you spin
Spun 180 coming into a slip road, slid backwards over a reservation and missed a lampost by about 5mm. Damaged alloys.
Sliproad.... spun, went accross the motorway and onto the reservation... no damage
lost the back end of the skyline, hit a wall
lost the back end of the supra and went up a kerb and grass backwards
spun the corsa on track ( a few times ) sure once it was going to roll, the others bad one was getting stuck in a field backwards.

At the goole Junction of the M62 we've got two big roundabouts linked to each other (think figure of eight).
Came off of the first roundabout late at night to find a foreign plated skoda coming towards me on my side of the road - I slammed on and skidded to the otherside of the road, my wing mirror stopping about half an inch from the barrier of the flyover (the bridge between the two roundabouts goes over the m62) - the skoda fishtailed onto the centre of the roundabout i'd just come off of, reversed off then continued round the roundabout the wrong way, then down the slip road onto the wrong side of the M62
Fuck knows where he ended up!
Thats about closest i've come to crashing *touch wood*
