It dont look any different to a manual window but the switch runs along the top of the door.

hmm rite reason i ask is mines really dodgy but looking at those pics it isnt standard, i have a motor on the "outside" of the door with two grey wires that cross and go towards the winder part then fasten to that, hard to describe il try and get pics when im free but a pic of standard window motors etc would be great

Window switches are at the bottom of the door just above the speaker grille in their own little mount and the motor should be inside the door. Yours sounds like a diy job gone wrong
