any one know if you can appeal for your licence back if you are banned for 12 months, or a test were you can knock so many months off or summat??? thanks

Uncle was banned for 18 months..... 10 months later he's got his license back & he's driving. Not sure how he did it though. Thought i'd say it, so you know it's possible.

well ppl get banned for speeding an drink drivin an had a crash corse to knock so many months off

yeh there are courses that can be taken to reduce the length of the ban.

otherwise, go throught the DVLA or an official channel.

usually the sentencing judge has to offer you the chance when you get banned iirc
