What complete an utter toss pot.

On Talksport this morning, calling for the FA Cup to seed Premiership Clubs to avoid them being drawn against one another. He also said "no disrespect to Huddersfield and Bristol, but they have no right to be in the quarters, and we could end up with another Millwall situation, which isn't good for the competition"

FFS that's what the FA Cup is all about and what's to say that should Man U and Arsenal be seeded that we wouldn't turn em over at The Galpharm.

I know he's on there to get a reaction in order to get fans phoning in, but FFS we've got this far fair and square and we've had to play 3 more games than the pampered Premiership players.

What a idiot, bet havant had no right to play liverpool either, despite knocking out teams all above them, they had every right to be there.

I want premiership teams to start in round 1 tbh but that would never happen, too many games, cant have them playing 2 more can we?

Same mate.

There already at an advantage coming in at round 3, without being seeded to help them even more

Pampered prem players

I wouldn't say that, prem teams shouldn't have to start in round 1, it would be the other way round if united and the others came in, in the first round and knocked all the lower teams out, they'd get paid a lot less money for losing in the third round etc

I don't agree with seeding at all, but asking prem teams to start at round one on an already cramped fixture list (especially for united etc) is more of a joke than saying huddersfield have no right to be in the 5th round

Imagine United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool (on a good day ) playing the likes of York, and dare I say it Havant! The lower league teams wouldn't stand a chance.

Sure it would be fair from an ammount of games played point of view but none of the lower league teams would go on a run like they can now as the big boys would ensure they took the competition seriously.

The FA cup has worked perfectly well as it does now for god knows how long. It's not broken so there's no need to fix it, kindly fuck off.

York FTW.

Its a stupid idea, as its part of the magic of the FA Cup that these smaller teams such as York, Huddersfield and Spurs can get a big team drawn against them.
