Just thought I'd ask you guys what you think is the "better" of the products which are out there...
And what different types of supplements are you guys taking? (protein, creatine etc)
My goals are to build up, increase fitness and lose fat. I am currently taking:
- Creatine Tablets (Nutrisport)
- Protein (Maximuscle "Promax")
I have been on the creatine for about 1 month now and I have already seen a big difference, I have just been taking the protein for a couple of days now... it's gonna put me off milkshakes for life

Whatever is available mate, I usually have water, the taste isn't great but I hope it will be worth it...
I was looking on the maximuscle website and the weight gain products are simply made of just creatine / protein (in a nut shell)
And thats what I am taking (separately)

Pure 100% Bull Spunk, you need to be careful when obtaining it though they'd have your eye out in a split second.

Out of curiosity how do you have your mushrooms? as obviously fried won't be too good for you

I usually just bang them in the microwave with the peppers in some water and cellophane over. Only take about 2 mins and then you just add a bit of seasoning.
Although I do sometimes fry them in the pan with olive oil.
Oh and BTW, the MPC is milk protein concentrate which is better to have before bed than whey. It's slower absorbing and can take up to 7 hours to fully digest.

I usually spend around £35 a week on shopping. Since I started eating much more healthily and more often I'm only spending about the same. Just shows you.
There's only about 2400 kcals there. When I was bulking I was eating around 3000+ and alot more carbs.

I wouldn't bother with creatine, plenty of studes show it only any use unless you are a proffesional athelete level, training to the max, so unless you are full on with it, like Craig W and radicalry i would say save your money.
